Custom seminar for empowering Engineers and Marketers with Project Management Mastery

The leading Company EKO ABBE in the energy sector, a member of the HELLENiQ ENERGY Group, has chosen the Hellenic American Union to train its executives around key Project Management principles and best practices, based on the European Union's PM² methodology. For this purpose, a special two-day seminar was organized and held at EKO's headquarters.
The main goal of the training was to formulate and strengthen a unified project management culture. The topics developed covered the organisational structure of a project, procedures for project initiation and planning, scheduling, cost estimation, budgeting, organisation, staffing and management of project teams, governance and communication, risk management, control and project completion. The programme presented included a variety of practical tasks for helping participants apply knowlewdge in their daily routine, as well as the use of appropriate applications and tools, based on specific requirements of the Company's projects.
The training was attended by executives from the Technical, Marketing and Sales Departments of EKO ABBE.
This project management seminar was led by Mr. Charalambos Vassiliou, experienced Project Manager, certified PM² Trainer by the PM² Alliance certification body.
