Dr. Athanasios Gkegkas
Dr. Athanasios Gkegas is an Officer of the Greek Army, and a graduate of the Military School of Evelpidon and the National Technical University of Athens.
He holds two postgraduate degrees from the Department of International and European Studies of Panteion University in International and European Studies and from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of NTUA in "Techno-Economic Systems". He holds a PhD in Engineering from NTUA (2014) and a PhD from the University of the Aegean (2023)
He is actively involved in live long learning with specialization in management and leadership, Strategic Management and Total Quality Management - Risk Management and Human Resource Management. Mr. Gkegas is a member of the EKDDA register of trainers, where he teaches management, quality systems and human resource management. He has over 1500 hours of training in companies and organizations in public and private sector and has designed and developed a number of training programs. Mr. Gegas advocates that "successful people are those who learn, not those who know".
Mr. Gkegas teaches at the Hellenic American Union's ESG in Practice seminar.
