Algin has 35 years managerial experience in Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Agile, Marketing and Business Development. He worked in governmental and private sector projects as a manager and consultant with focus on project/program/portfolio management, team management, resource management, vendor management.

Algin has helped companies develop project management capability through consultancy and trainings in IT, Finance, Construction, Food, Textile, Telecommunication, Aviation, Logistics. He delivers trainings on PMP Exam, PMI-ACP Exam, Disciplined Agile, Agile Scrum and Kanban exam preparations. In a major mobile operating company, Algin developed Project Management culture with trainings and seminars where over 60 people got their PMP certification.

He has strong knowledge of project management, program management, portfolio management, methodology development, project management maturity assessment and Agile. He delivers consultancy and training to the companies about all the project management methods including Agile.

Algin also works with startups, incubation centers, startup mentors, innovation centers and University Technology Transfer Offices (TTO). He works as a startup mentor and give support to startups.

Algin worked as Key Expert Project Management for EU funded “Outspeed Startup” project to deliver “Project Management Practice Guide for Startups” which includes Design Thinking, Lean Canvas and Agile methods. He is one of the authors of this guide. Outspeed Startup project is executed by PMI France, PMI Slovenia and PMI Bulgaria chapters under the leadership of PMI Turkey chapter.

Algin is certified by PMI to offer PMP prep courses and he is one of the instructors of Hellenic American Union's PMP Prep Course.
