Jenny Zimianitou
Teacher of English
Jenny holds a Diploma in Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (TESL/TEFL) from Saint Michael's College, Vermont, USA, and a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from Hellenic American University, New Hampshire, USA.
Jenny has been involved in English language teaching for over 15 years as a teacher and teacher educator. She has been involved in writing and editing projects and has given presentations and written articles on issues related to English language teaching. She has attended a number of seminars and conferences in Greece and abroad, and has served on the TESOL Greece Board as vice-chairperson. Jenny has been an EFL instructor for the Hellenic American Union since 2012. Jenny currently teaches courses related to the Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at Hellenic American University.
Jenny values the importance of ongoing professional development and she is particularly interested in current TESOL methods and approaches.
