Dr. Sherman Ong

Dr Sherman Ong has held senior management positions in various industries, including High Technology Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing, Information Technology and Communications, Public Healthcare, and Higher Institute of Learning Education.

With over 36 years of experience, Dr Ong has also been involved in three start-up businesses across the Asia Pacific region. He is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Certified Lean Healthcare Leader, with expertise in clinical process improvement, quality healthcare services, and enterprise risk management.

Dr Ong is also proficient in English and Mandarin and has served as an Academic Advisor for doctoral candidates at the University of Southern Queensland since 2010. He has experience in project management, business process improvement, supply chain optimization, and enterprise risk management practices. As a passionate communicator, Dr Ong is a regular speaker at conferences, symposiums, and industry forums and has spoken on various topics such as Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Transformational Leadership, and Strategic Business Management. Dr Ong's strong leadership qualities and business experiences have enabled him to engage C-level client executives and help client middle-managers to drive key initiatives to improve their business balanced scorecard.
