New benefits framework for ABLE B2 and ALCE C1-C2 exams

Aiming to make a meaningful contribution to the educational activities of Language Schools, the Hellenic American Union Center for Examinations and Certifications is pleased to announce a new benefits framework for the ABLE B2 and ALCE C1-C2 exams. In particular, both the frequency of exam administration periods and the exams fees policy change. 

With this new initiative, we are offering significant opportunities for candidates, improving their access to certification for their language skills.

New exam administration periods

The ABLE B2 and ALCE C1-C2 examinations will be offered five times a year, in January, March, May, June, and October, providing flexibility for students and their teachers to choose a date that fits their academic schedule.

Free participation in the ABLE B2 and ALCE C1-C2 exams

Exclusively for students who register through Language Schools, in a forward-thinking move, the Hellenic American Union Center for Examinations and Certifications offers the opportunity to participate in the ABLE B2 and ALCE C1-C2 exams at no charge. Candidates pay the exam fee only if they are satisfied with their exam results.

Free retake for ABLE B2 and ALCE C1-C2 exams

Whether registered individually or through Language Schools, all candidates who do not pass the ABLE B2 and ALCE C1-C2 (C2 level only) exams are entitled to a free retake within one year, at no additional cost, aiming to support their success.
