A tribute to women's poetry featuring poetic letters from her to her
Twelve Greek women writers address a poem-letter to a fictional female character created by a poet of an earlier generation.
Ushering in the second decade of the “Words (can) do it” series of poetry evenings, the founder and curator Panayotis Ioannidis gives carte blanche to four key contributors of the series to date—poets and translators—to curate five of the year’s six events. November’s event is curated by writer and poet Paulina Marvin.
The event will premiere on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 19:30 on the Hellenic American Union YouTube channel, Facebook page and the YouTube channel of Words (can) do it.
The title of the event is taken from a poem by Emily Dickinson.
