George Romanas

George Romanas is an experienced Lead Software Engineer in Test at Allwyn Lottery Solutions, with more than 15+ of experience in software testing. He has held key roles such as Software Engineer in Test and Test Lead, specializing in non-functional requirements, automation testing, and test management. Previously, he worked at Atos and Intrasoft International, leading testing activities across various international projects. George holds a degree in Technology Education & Digital Systems from the University of Piraeus and is an ISTQB Certified Tester, with expertise in manual and automated testing, CI/CD, and test frameworks. George is also an assistant Organizer at the Ministry of Testing Athens, keeping the testing community well-equipped with the latest technologies and trends.

George Romanas together with Ilias Giannoulis are the lead instructors of the Software Testing and Automations Masterclass offered by the Hellenic American Union.
